Calming Strategies Posters
Sometimes we need to prompt our students to calm down with Calming Strategies and Mindfulness Activities. This is an easy prep set of posters and will add to your classroom management tool box.

Color and black and white versions - the b/w version can be copied onto colored card
Three different sizes to use
Students can color the b/w version
As the teacher decide which cards to use – I would suggest that you limit to five initially. Then as you need to introduce other calming down strategies.
